Wow!  So It has been over a year since I have posted.   Jewelry making has been put on hold for a while.  I started nursing school and that has taking over all of my free time.  My long term goal is to get back to creating wonderful pieces as soon as I get settled into my career!!!

Till then I will try and update this blog with jewelry that I think is neat and inspires me!!

It's been a while

Life has been a bit busy. I took down my etsy site for a bit because my full time job was leaving me tired when I was not there and a bit stressed out. But now that things have settled down I put my site back up and have had two sales!!! woot!

I need to find some time this weekend to take pictures of my new batch of jewelry. This upcoming week is going to jam-packed between work and family obligations.

Good Start

I feel like I am off to a good start, I have my shop up and running. I ordered my business cards today. Now it will be time to pimp my shop out via blogs and such. Time to get the word out there.

I need a internet street team, lol. People to help me spread the word.

More to come I have 16 items to list before I start making more items. Next item on my list to do tonight is order business cards, and then maybe take some of my photos and shrink them down to size I can print and place onto pieces of jewelry.

made some head way today

Scanned all of my pieces, ordered boxes from the post office. Typed up my policies for my etsy store. Just waiting on paypal to verify my account. Yuk.

great finds

So I came across some old life magazines from the 60's. I plan on using the vintage advertisements to make some neat jewelry pieces. My shop has had a few set backs, mainly creating a work schedule with a 4 year old. I still have of being open before Christmas.
